Permission is granted to use Biodata Studio services for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the template designs
• Use the templates for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Transfer the licensed materials to another person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of any template
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

2. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Ensuring all information you provide is your own and accurate
• Any activity that occurs under your account

3. Intellectual Property

All templates and designs available on Biodata Studio are the intellectual property of Biodata Studio. You are granted a limited license to use the templates for creating your personal biodata. The templates may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to Biodata Studio for creating your biodata. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use it solely for providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

5. Payment & Purchases

All premium template purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products:

• No refunds are provided after a template is downloaded or accessed
• All sales are considered final
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Payments are processed through the active payment gateway, Razorpay or Cashfree. A premium template is unlocked only after server-side payment verification succeeds.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Biodata Studio, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any damages arising out of:

• The use or inability to use our services
• Any template or biodata generated through our service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biodata Studio and its affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

Biodata Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
